TensorFlow.jsでWebカメラで撮影した手のポーズを検出する

起動するまで時間がかかります。
起動するまで待つとWEBカメラがオンになるので、少し離れて手をかざしてください。
手のポーズを検出して、検出した座標を線で結んで表示します。
